Established in 1984, the Chem-Tex Corporation has extensive experience in the manufacture and marketing of "Reusable" Chemical Protective Clothing, Personal Cooling Systems and Civilian and Emergency Response Protection for the commercial marketplace.

"Reusable" is the key word as our environmentally concerned country addresses the problems of the disposal of our waste products. Nowhere is "reusable" more applicable than in the use of chemical protective clothing.

Chem-Tex chemical protective clothing is designed to be easily decontaminated, cleaned or laundered. In addition to providing maximum chemical protection, the repeated use of our garments will result in an overall cost reduction in your protective clothing budget.

Chem-Tex manufactures several types of Personal Cooling Garments. All are designed to remove the problems of heat stress/fatigue and increase worker productivity. Several use lightweight super cooling fabrics and most are powered through Vortex tube using compressed air to significantly reduce body temperature.

Our complete line of "Reusable" Chemical Protective Garments are manufactured in 3 different fabrics, Chemtane (PVC), Neoprene and Butyl Rubber, each of which offers a broad range of protection against various chemical challenges.
When Level B protection is required, specify Chem-Tex garments for outstanding chemical penetration protection. Constructed of two layers of PVC on a tough nylon substrate, all garments offer superior flexibility and comfort. Available in coverall or two-piece styles, fabric is self-extinguishing and offers resistance to tears, punctures, abrasions and ozone.

Coverall features include: *Elasticized hood for secure fit over full face piece respirator *Set in sleeves and cuffs *Zipper front closure with protective over snaps *Tapered sleeves for use with glove rings
This coverall is also available with a drawstring hood, tapered sleeves and an elasticized cuff.

Garments provide excellent protection against alcohol, inorganic acids, salts, alkaline, hydrocarbons and organic acids.

Chem-Tex "QD" (Quick Donning) Splash Guard is a complete head-to-foot protective garment that can be "quick donned" in seconds to offer full-front protection from any liquid splash. Made from Chemtane for increased chemical protection.

Chem-Tex also offers a complete maintenance program, including inspection, repair and re-certification service for chemical protective garments.
